We offer a 2 year mentorship programme in which you will gain invaluable knowledge on the protection industry. From building knowledge of products and providers to creating your clients bespoke protection portfolio. You will be guided and supported personally by Kerryann Willoughby and rewarded for meeting each of your training milestones. This sought out mentorship programme is offered to only two candidates per year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual potentially looking a change of career or for someone starting out on the career ladder. You must be willing to learn, motivated and passionate. Above all Willoughby Bespoke Protection representatives have to hold dear the client. The client experience and journey is our upmost priority. You will have to be open and honest and always willing to do the right thing. In return you will be working with a new young and vibrant firm with an established client base and bright future. Your remuneration package is very generous.
